WHAT IS STUDENT LEADERSHIP?

Our Student Leadership program is a year-long discipleship initiative for college students who desire to be great church members. This commitment allows staff and older church members to invest in leaders with the goal of equipping them for the work of ministry. Student Leaders facilitate City Groups as well as other teams and events at CITYCHURCHSALT. Applications are available each spring semester. We’d love to talk with you more about this opportunity!

THE PROCESS

  • Every Student Leader in Salt Co. is a member at City Church.

    Start the membership process by attending a Connect Class and Membership Class.

  • Applications will be released every Spring semester. Student leadership is a one year commitment.

  • INCOMING LEADER COHRT

    This cohort is designed to give students interested in leadership a better look at the commitment and values of Sat Co. Student Leaders.

    This cohort will cover topics such as

    • Time management

    • Theological Triage

    • How to handle conflict

    • and more!

    *This cohort is REQUIRED for all incoming student leaders!
